AmRest is a multinational company in the catering sector that manages various restaurant chains in different European countries. One of these chains, La Tagliatella, operates in Spain, and I had the opportunity to work for this brand.

My work at La Tagliatella focused on the recipe manual, a crucial internal project for the day-to-day running of the restaurants. I was responsible for designing, maintaining and improving this manual, which covers everything from recipes for dishes and drinks to service and customer care methodology, always in line with La Tagliatella's regulations. To do this, I researched, designed and conducted user tests, constantly looking for ways to optimise the manual and make it more accessible and practical for staff.
Mi trabajo en La Tagliatella se centró en el manual de recetas, un proyecto interno crucial para el día a día de los restaurantes. Fui la encargada de diseñar, mantener y mejorar este manual, que abarca desde las recetas de platos y bebidas hasta la metodología de servicio y atención al cliente, siempre en línea con la normativa de La Tagliatella. Para ello, investigué, diseñé y realicé pruebas con los usuarios, buscando constantemente formas de optimizar el manual y hacerlo más accesible y práctico para la plantilla.
